How do I find out more about day program services?
To request more information about day
program services in California please contact
your local Regional Center.
Who can join SUCCESS Inc?
SUCCESS Inc. can only consider
providing services for consumers referred directly by the Regional
Center system, consumers able to pay for services privately, and by
High School Districts who are looking for a Non-Public Agency
placement.
How does a consumer find out about joining SUCCESS Inc.?
For consumers funded by Regional
Center, a consumer referral packet must be received from the
Regional Center before placement can be considered. Those who are
interested in receiving day program support from SUCCESS Inc. must
request that a current referral packet be sent directly to this
agency. SUCCESS Inc. may not contact case managers directly to
request a referral packet. Once a packet is received SUCCESS Inc.
will contact the consumer to set-up and interview and the process
can begin.
Private consumers may contact SUCCESS Inc. directly for more
information.
High school referrals will be considered after a current IEP,
Behavior Plan, and current Psychological Reports are submitted.
What staffing ratios are offered to consumers?
SUCCESS currently provides services to
consumer at two staffing ratios: 1:1 and 1:2. A new 2:3 ratio has
been submitted and is expected to be open soon. SUCCESS Inc.
provides transportation as an additional service.
SUCCESS Inc is constantly striving to tailor the program to meet the
